This was revealed on Tuesday on the Professional Footballers Association X account, which goes by #PFA, through a number of postings.
The team from the previous season included five players from Arsenal, four players from Manchester City, a goal machine from Aston Villa, and the captain of Liverpool.

The PFA Premier League Team of the Year for 23–24 is as follows:
GK: Arsenal’s David Raya
DEF: Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool), Gabriel (Arsenal), William Saliba (Arsenal), and Kyle Walker (Man City).
MID: Declan Rice (Arsenal), Martin Odegaard (Arsenal), Rodri (Man City)
FWD: Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa), Phil Foden (Man City), and Erling Haaland (Man City).

In the meantime, these are the PFA Awards night winners in their respective categories:
Liverpool’s Phil Foden won the title of Men’s Player of the Year.
Liverpool City’s Bunny Shaw won the Women’s Player of the Year award.
Chelsea’s Cole Palmer won the title of Men’s Young Player of the Year.
Grace Clinton, who is on loan to Spurs from Manchester United, won the Women’s Young Player of the Year award.
Leeds United’s Crysencio Summerville won Championship Player of the Year.
Alfie May of Charter Oak is the League One Player of the Year.
Jodi Jones of Nottingham County won League Two Player of the Year.

GK: Khiara Keating, Manchester City; DEF: Niamh Charles, Chelsea; Laia Aleixandri, Manchester City; Lotte Wubben-Moy, Arsenal; Alex Greenwood, Manchester City;
MID: Grace Clinton (Tottenham), Erin Cuthbert (Chelsea), and Yui Hasegawa (Man City)
FWD: Man City’s Bunny Shaw, Chelsea’s Lauren James, and Man City’s Lauren Hemp

DEF: Kyle Walker-Peters (Southampton), Ethan Ampadu (Leeds), Jannick Vestergaard (Leicester), Leif Davis (Ipswich), and GK: Illan Meslier (Leeds)

Colby Bishop (Portsmouth), Ephron Mason-Clark (Peterborough), and Alfie May (Charlton) are the FWDs.
Ben Hinchliffe (Stockport) is the 2023–24 PFA League Two team of the season.
DEF: Mikey Demetriou (Crewe Alexandra), Ibou Touray (Stockport), Fraser Horsfall (Stockport), and Aiden Flint (Mansfield)
MID: Notts County’s Daniel Crowley, Mansfield’s Davis Keillor-Dunn, and Wrexham’s Elliott Lee
