The full calendar of games for FIFA’s expanded international friendly event, FIFA Series 2026TM, which will feature 48 national teams from all six confederations, has been made public.

The fixtures for the March and April 2026 international match window were posted on the association’s website on Monday.

Eleven FIFA Member Associations will host twelve groups of four teams each, with nine men’s and three women’s teams competing.

In addition to Australia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Côte d’Ivoire, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Thailand, and Uzbekistan, Rwanda will host two groups.

All games are official international friendly and will be televised internationally, offering supporters access from all over the world and giving participating teams important exposure, especially those who don’t often play against opponents from other confederations.

FIFA claims that within each group, participating Member Associations have selected their preferred competition arrangements, which may include a set of prearranged fixtures or a semi-final and final structure.

There will always be one squad that wins the group.

According to FIFA, the program follows the confirmation of hosts and group compositions in January 2026 and builds upon the successful pilot edition that took place in 2024.

The program is a component of FIFA’s larger plan to create meaningful competitive chances outside of big competitions like the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026TM in order to promote equal development of the global game.

“We are strengthening the sporting and cultural fabric of the game while giving emerging nations greater visibility on the international stage by bringing teams from different confederations together in competitive settings,” FIFA stated in its announcement.
