With just two days remaining, the FIFA World Cup 2026 will usher in a new era for international football as it expands to 48 teams and is co-hosted for the first time ever by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The competition, which is thought to be the best international football competition in the world, will take place from June to July 2026. The final is set for Sunday, July 19, 2026, in New York/New Jersey.
The first game will take place in Mexico City on Thursday, June 11, 2026.
