On Friday, July 18, Oloyede’s group abducted a soldier in Alagbado, Lagos, and took his phone, ID card, uniform, and ATM cards.

But the soldier was able to get away.
Oloyede tried to grab a Vigilante member’s Dane pistol by using the stolen outfit to trick and subdue him.

But his scheme was thwarted, and he was taken into custody.
