The pre-hearing of the petition filed by the Labour Party and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, against the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, has been postponed by the Presidential Election Petition Court until Friday, May 19, 2023.

The date was set by the court under Justice Haruna Tsammani after the petition’s parties, among other things, failed to reach an agreement on the petition’s supporting documents.
