The president’s congratulations message was released on Friday in Abuja by his spokesperson, Mr. Femi Adesina.

Adeleke, according to Buhari, had consolidated his support and progressively amassed a powerful network of friends and political allies, which had aided in his numerous wins, including becoming the governor of one of the nation’s 36 states.

The president thought Adeleke’s laid-back demeanor had developed into a strength, with a sizable following that spans all age groups.

He advised the governor, whose triumph had just been upheld by the Supreme Court, to put the welfare of the State and the people first and to seek God’s direction in carrying out his duty.

Buhari prayed that God would give former senator Adeleke, who represented Osun-West in the National Assembly’s Upper Chamber, the courage, strength, and knowledge he needs to serve his community and the entire country.
