Before being examined, the 79-year-old Trump will speak to soldiers at Walter Reed Military Hospital outside of Washington.

Following rumors of regular bruising on Trump’s hand and swollen legs, the White House claimed three months ago that Trump had been diagnosed with a vein issue.

Earlier this week, the White House had stated that Friday’s examination would be “annual,” even though Trump had already had one in April.

In the Oval Office on Thursday, however, Trump informed reporters that he was “going to do a sort of semi-annual physical.”

“I’ll let you know, but I’m in excellent shape. But no, I have no difficulty thus far… Physically, I feel really good. My mental state is excellent.

Then, in one of his signature outbursts, Republican Trump compared his health to that of previous presidents, especially his Democratic predecessor Joe Biden.
“I also did a cognitive exam, which is always very risky, because if I didn’t do well, you’d be the first to be blaring it, and I had a perfect score,” Trump remarked of his most recent examination.

Then Trump said, “Did Obama do it? No. Was it Bush? No. Was it Biden? I most certainly did. The first three questions would not have been correctly answered by Biden.
Despite his intense concern for the health of America’s commander-in-chief, Trump has been accused on numerous occasions of being opaque about his health.

He denied social media rumors concerning his health in September, including ones that claimed he had passed away.

Following rumors that Trump had a bruised hand and swollen legs, the White House said in July that he had been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, a benign but persistent vein condition.

It claimed that the aspirin he takes as part of a “normal” cardiovascular health regimen was the cause of the hand problem.

Trump frequently wears a lot of makeup on the back of his right hand to cover up the bruises when he attends public engagements.

Trump had a “normal cardiac structure and function, no signs of heart failure, renal impairment, or systemic illness,” according to the White House, which also reported that he was in good condition during his most recent checkup.
