This past weekend, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office declared that Andres Velazquez-Trejo, Dalton Terrell, and William Chase McElroy had all been charged and arrested in relation to the child s£x abuse case.
In a social media post announcing the men’s arrest on Saturday, July 20, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office stated that local authorities had started looking into the issue back in February.
McElroy, 21, has been charged with four acts of rape, six crimes of human trafficking, six counts of sodomy, and four counts of kidnapping, according to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office. Terrell, 21, was charged with five counts of human trafficking, twelve acts of sodomy, and six counts of rape. In the meantime, Velazquez-Trejo, 29, was accused of six human trafficking offenses.
In a statement, the sheriff’s office stated that “Sheriff Wade reiterates that such abhorrent behavior will not be tolerated in Bibb County and that offenders will face prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.” “There are currently few details available because this is an ongoing case.”
