In a clip shared by RNC Media, the elderly celebrant was seen walking towards the Ooni’s seat during the ceremony.

Despite being 80 years old, Badmus respectfully squatted before greeting the monarch.

In response, the 51-year-old Ooni stood up immediately to honour the elder businessman, who is also the Asiwaju Musulumi of the South-West, Edo and Delta states.

The gesture quickly attracted admiration from many Nigerians on social media.

The monarch was also seen assisting the veteran musician up while both men shared a friendly conversation.
