Customers can travel more comfortably and conveniently thanks to the arrangement, which provides passengers of both airlines with seamless single-ticket travel and through-checked baggage on specific routes.

In a statement, Air Peace spokesperson Efe Osifo-Whiskey said that in addition to the 13 cities in Nigeria that are currently accessible to Emirates passengers on Air Peace’s network, the improved interline agreement now allows travellers to connect with Dakar in Senegal and Banjul in the Gambia via Abidjan, as well as with Freetown in Sierra Leone and Monrovia in Liberia via Accra.

“Improving our interline partnership with Air Peace allows us to expand our footprint across more of Africa, creating new opportunities for people to fly better with Emirates, while helping international tourists explore more of the region, via Lagos,” the statement said, citing Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates.
