Rihanna is a mom of three!
The superstar singer and entrepreneur shared the first photo of her newborn daughter, Rocki Irish Mayers, on Wednesday, beaming as she held the baby in her arms. Rocki was born September 13, Rihanna revealed in the Instagram post.
The picture, simple but striking, shows a softer side of the global icon; one that fans have only glimpsed in the past few years. She paired it with another image: two tiny pink boxing gloves with long ribbons, a playful symbol of strength for her newest little girl.
This is the third child for Rihanna, 37, and rapper A$AP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers. The couple already shares two sons : RZA, born in May 2022, and Riot Rose, born in September 2023.
Rihanna and Rocky announced the pregnancy at the Met Gala in May, where Rocky, serving as a co-chair, glowed almost as much as Rihanna herself. “It feels amazing, you know,” he told reporters. “We’re happy, and it means a lot that everybody’s happy for us too.”
