The purpose of the event, which has as its theme “Managing Quality for Growth, Innovation, and Improvement,” is to spread best practices, standards, and a quality culture throughout Africa.

The African Quality Congress organizers claim that it has developed into a significant continental platform for encouraging professional involvement and a continuous improvement mindset.

“Every year, it brings together leaders from business, government, and civil society to explore practical strategies and raise the bar for quality in Africa’s public and private sectors,” they said in a statement on Sunday.

Outstanding dedication to quality assurance, performance excellence, and customer satisfaction will be honored by the African Quality Achievements Awards, which will be given to individuals, corporations, and government entities.

In order to promote corporate and developmental objectives, the awards will recognize accomplishments in the application of quality measurements and best practices to planning, implementation, and control systems.

Additionally, a dynamic Quality Exhibition and Showcase will be part of the event, showcasing organizations’ quality-driven innovations, goods, and services. Participants will get the chance to engage with important stakeholders, highlight their leadership in quality excellence, and raise brand awareness.

The Chartered Quality Institute (UK) and the World Quality Alliance collaborated to present the AQAA, which was created by the African Quality Academy. It is regarded as one of Africa’s most esteemed venues for honoring superior leadership and institutional growth.

It is anticipated that politicians, development specialists, industrial executives, and quality professionals from all around the continent will attend the 2025 African Quality Congress. It looks to be a pivotal moment that will influence quality and innovation in Africa going forward.
