“If I were in charge, I would raise the amount of money available to raise their standard of living. We must recognize their efforts and make sure they have the assistance they require to succeed. In particular, on this side of the business, I would want to see an improvement in the standard of living for crew members. We need to do better overall and our team needs to live better.
