According to Bichi, who made this revelation to reporters in Katsina on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, a security agency has been tasked with looking into the suspects’ contacts.

Following a recent attack that claimed the life of a university employee, his coworkers peacefully protested the lack of security.

The vice chancellor claims that although the school administration is making every effort to stop similar occurrences from happening again, things are becoming worse.

“We looked into people we suspect of disclosing the information of their coworkers and students because we are concerned about this informant issue,” Bichi stated.

“We have located them and have given one of the security agencies access to their contacts for additional investigation.”However, we have not received a response from the securities.

In response to the circumstance, the state’s Police Command stated that they were unaware of the problem but pledged to look into it more.

In response, the command’s spokesperson, ASP Abubakar Sadiq-Aliyu, urged the people to constantly provide them with information that would resolve the security issues.
