Officials from the University of Sunderland and the London Academy Business School are currently asking the National Universities Commission for permission to offer degree programmes in Nigeria.

According to a statement issued on Thursday, a team from the University of Sunderland, led by Dr. Derek Watson, verified this following a meeting with Chris Maiyaki, interim executive secretary of the NUC, in Abuja.
