One aspirant, Fubara Dagogo, has taken the matter to the Federal High Court, claiming he was unfairly excluded from a recent zonal congress despite meeting all requirements. Another member, Paul Oyiborume, has also voiced dissatisfaction, though he has not yet gone to court.
