E.l.f. Beauty exceeded Wall Street expectations in its latest quarterly report and raised its full‑year forecast, signaling continued strength in the fast‑growing cosmetics brand.

The company posted adjusted earnings of $1.24 per share, well above the 72 cents analysts had projected. Revenue climbed to $490 million, beating estimates of $460 million and marking a 38% jump from the same period last year.

Net sales rose to $489.5 million in the third fiscal quarter, up from $355 million a year earlier. Adjusted net income nearly doubled to $74.5 million.

A major contributor to the surge was E.l.f.’s $1 billion acquisition of Hailey Bieber’s skincare brand, Rhode. The brand added $128 million to quarterly sales growth, and the company now expects Rhode to generate up to $265 million in net sales this year. $65 million more than previously forecast.

E.l.f. also raised its full‑year revenue guidance by $42 million to $50 million.

CEO Tarang Amin credited the company’s affordability, rapid product innovation and aggressive marketing strategy for its continued outperformance in a crowded beauty market.

Shares rose sharply immediately after the earnings release before pulling back in the following session.

The results reinforce E.l.f.’s expanding influence in the global beauty industry, as it strengthens its presence across retail shelves and online platforms.
