Customers can travel more comfortably and conveniently thanks to the arrangement, which provides passengers of both airlines with seamless single-ticket travel and through-checked baggage on specific routes.

In a statement, Air Peace spokesperson Efe Osifo-Whiskey said that in addition to the 13 cities in Nigeria that are currently accessible to Emirates passengers on Air Peace’s network, the improved interline agreement now allows travellers to connect with Dakar in Senegal and Banjul in the Gambia via Abidjan, as well as with Freetown in Sierra Leone and Monrovia in Liberia via Accra.

“Improving our interline partnership with Air Peace allows us to expand our footprint across more of Africa, creating new opportunities for people to fly better with Emirates, while helping international tourists explore more of the region, via Lagos,” the statement said, citing Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates. We are still dedicated to advancing Nigeria’s aviation, tourism, and commerce industries by collaborating with important partners like Air Peace.

“This interline agreement with Emirates represents a major step in Air Peace’s strategic vision to connect Africa more efficiently to global markets,” the statement continued, citing Nowel Ngala, Chief Commercial Officer of Air Peace.

“We are providing seamless connection, enhanced travel experiences, and more access to important global destinations for African travellers by merging our robust regional footprint with Emirates’ vast worldwide network. This collaboration strengthens Air Peace’s position as a vital link between Africa and the world’s aviation industry.
