Protesters holding signs that said “Ojelabi Must Go” and “We Want Fresh Leadership” were thought to be members from each of the 57 Local Council Development Areas.

Since it started earlier today, the protest has attracted a sizable security presence, with police officers positioned throughout the Assembly complex to ensure that law and order doesn’t collapse.
