The Olukoya girls are anticipated to display the skills that made them the best in the nation the previous season when they play the Champions at 1 pm on Tuesday after two morning games at the same location.

Just as D’Tigress has been dominating the continent by winning the AfroBasket in the last four editions, thanks to the products of the Zenith Bank Women Premier League, Umeoji expressed joy at the competition’s ability to generate national team stars over the years.

The league was won by the MFM Basketball club in 2023 and 2024.
