According to The PUNCH’s investigation, the event occurred on Sunday night in Apete, in the state’s Ido Local Government Area, behind a well-known market.
It was also discovered that the deceased grandfather had vision problems before to the occurrence.
“The suspect, commonly known as Alfa Ahmed in the area, took advantage of his grandfather’s condition because the man was visually impaired, and his uncle was also not feeling well when the incident occurred,” one eyewitness told our correspondent.
Unverified sources stated that the suspect’s goal was to perform money rituals using various body parts.
According to an additional source, the event occurred yesterday (Sunday) between 6.30 and 6.30 p.m. near the back of the popular market in Apete, where the victims and the suspect live. And because everyone was tense, they informed the police about the regrettable situation.
