  • OSIMHEN TO TOTTENHAM

According to reports, the Premier League team has been given the chance to sign the Super Eagles striker as they continue to look for a reliable center-forward in time for the upcoming campaign.

Spurs have not yet made a formal move for the 27-year-old, tho.

Any transaction is likely to be financially difficult. In addition to the transfer fee, Osimhen’s stated weekly salary of €288,000 after tax would make him the club’s highest-paid player, and Tottenham would need to let go of either Solanke or Richarlison to make room in the team.

Since moving from Napoli to Galatasaray in 2024, Osimhen has continued to establish himself as one of Europe’s most productive strikers. He joined the Turkish champions on loan at first, but the transfer was later made permanent, and he has continued to perform well in front of goal.

Despite making just 19 starts in the Turkish Super Lig last season, the Nigerian international scored 15 goals and dished out five assists. His comeback has put him on the radar of several top European clubs.

According to reports, Osimhen is still keen to achieve his goal of playing in the Premier League during his prime, which may be advantageous to Tottenham.

However, any pursuit of the Super Eagles player is probably going to hinge on either Solanke or Richarlison leaving, as the London club needs to cut both their roster and salary before making a move.
