Specifically, Toney faces charges of assault causing actual bodily harm and is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on September 24.

A spokesperson for Toney noted that he acknowledges the charge but is eager to defend himself in court, stating he is shocked yet looks forward to clearing his name.
