The notification was made on September 3 by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, Deputy Superintendent of Customs Aondoakura Dzungwenen, according to a statement released by NCS’ official X account on Tuesday.

Obazee stated that her leadership would concentrate on four main pillars: revenue assurance, security and supply-chain protection, anti-smuggling supremacy, and trade facilitation excellence during the handover ceremony held at the Command’s headquarters in Akure.

Revenue assurance, supply-chain security and protection, anti-smuggling dominance, and trade facilitation excellence will be our four strategic pillars of focus. We will guarantee intelligence-led operations, impose discipline, and institutionalize a zero-leakage culture,” she said.
