The administration of President Bola Tinubu has reached an agreement to have one of the four refineries restored and functioning at peak efficiency before the end of the year, according to the Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Mele Kyari.

When Kyari went to the party headquarters to meet with Senator Abdullahi Adamu, the APC’s national chairman, he made the revelation.
