Pastor David Ibiyeomie, the founder of Salvation Ministries in Port Harcourt, warned his audience on Sunday that God would flog him if he did not pay the tithe of 10%.
He also asserted that failing to pay tithes is an act of greed, adding that individuals who became enraged by tithing never recovered from their tightness.
