The federal government has stated that negotiations with organized labor over the withdrawal of fuel subsidies will be finished on Tuesday, June 6. The TUC presented the FG with a list of demands that included raising the minimum wage, providing tax holidays to specific groups of people, and other things. Following a meeting between the government side and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) in the presidential residence in Abuja on Sunday, June 4th, Dele Alake, FG’s spokesperson, told newsmen.
