Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has said she has reconciled with her former husband, Olakunle Churchill, bringing an end to years of public disagreement between the pair.
In a message shared on Instagram, Dikeh said her relationship with the father of her child had been restored after nearly a decade marked by conflict, broken communication and legal disputes.
She said the reconciliation came through personal reflection and faith, adding that peace and mutual respect had replaced years of tension.
“What human effort could not fix, God healed,” she wrote, describing the change as a turning point in their relationship.
Dikeh, who has spoken openly in recent years about her Christian faith, also encouraged others facing difficult family situations to remain hopeful, saying reconciliation can still happen even after long periods of conflict.
The actress and Mr Churchill have been involved in several high-profile disputes since their marriage ended in 2017.
Neither party has given further details about how the reconciliation came about. However, Dikeh said her priority remains the wellbeing of their child and maintaining a peaceful relationship going forward.
