A audience of more than 20,000 foodies, celebrities, and influencers attended her first-ever effort to make the biggest pot of Nigerian jollof rice in history, setting a new Guinness World Record.

Hilda got up and washed the huge red pot herself before she turned on the burner. She informed her followers, saying, “Yes, I can formally attest that this pot is spotless! I did my own washing.

She also emphasized that by employing precise spices, the procedure was meticulously planned to maintain the jollof’s originality. “I applied some mathematics to keep the authenticity of the jollof rice, and we will still watch it while it is cooking to make sure that everything is right,” she told reporters.

Hilda had a brief but heartfelt prayer session with Bolaji Idowu, the main pastor of the Havesters Church, just before the cooking started.
