The woman accusing Kanye West of rape, stalking, and sex trafficking has disappeared from the public eye. Her lawyer says she’s not running, she’s scared.

Lauren Pisciotta, 36, who began working for West in 2021, filed a lawsuit against the rapper last year. Now, she’s amended that suit with new allegations: that West orchestrated a campaign of fear, including swatting, intimidation, and explicit racism in the workplace. Her attorney says she’s “in hiding,” too afraid to even maintain a digital presence.

“She’s gone offline. She’s living quietly, trying to survive while this plays out,” said Arick Fudali, her lawyer, during an interview. “She’s been suffering since she first started working with Mr. West.”

The Claims

In chilling detail, Pisciotta describes how professional duties quickly turned into a nightmare. During the production of West’s DONDA album, she says he came to her hotel room, used her shower, and then walked out naked—before allegedly forcing her into non-consensual oral sex.

She also claims that:

• West regularly engaged in sexual activity with Yeezy staff at work,
• Recorded those encounters and sent them to her,
• Sent her sexually charged messages,
• And fostered a culture of antisemitism and racism in the office.

“He made employees draw swastikas,” the lawsuit alleges. “He interrogated staff he suspected were Jewish.”

A Dangerous Game: Swatting Allegations

According to the updated complaint, Pisciotta became the target of “swatting”,  a dangerous prank where fake emergency calls trigger armed police raids.

She claims:

• The Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office raided her home in July 2024 after receiving a false report that she had murdered her mother.
• She received anonymous phone calls warning her not to pursue the case.
• She was overwhelmed by harassment and fear.

Kanye West’s Response

West, now known as Ye, has dismissed the accusations as “fantasy fiction.” His spokesperson said this is the fourth version of Pisciotta’s lawsuit, each “contradicting the other.”

In a now-viral response, West’s camp said:

“We stand ready to annihilate Ms. Pisciotta’s tall tales before a jury  an exoneration so inevitable that even she, lost in her fog of fantasy, must surely see it coming.”

Still, Pisciotta’s lawyer says West’s own words might betray him.

“He calls himself a ‘walking MeToo.’ He wrote a song called ‘Heil Hitler.’ He’s posted disturbing things online that align with the behavior he’s accused of privately,” Fudali said.

This case isn’t happening in a vacuum. Kanye West has been barred from entering countries, dropped by brands, and widely criticized for inflammatory behavior  including antisemitic outbursts and erratic public statements.

Now, all eyes are on the U.S. court where Pisciotta’s civil case will be heard. For her lawyer, the message is clear:
