The couple made the decision to tantalize public curiosity with lavish photos that exuded sophistication and grandeur ahead of the much awaited occasion.
They captioned the pre-wedding pictures with their wedding hashtag, “CHIVIDO2024.”
In one of the pictures, the singer selected an agbada ensemble composed of multicolored aso oke fabric, a handwoven fabric used by the Yoruba people, with yellow embroidery splattered in front. He was holding his wife, who looked radiant in a black long gown and head tie, matching her husband’s waist with a piece of aso oke.
In a different photo shoot, the couple went with a gold and yellow color scheme, with Davido seated in a royal chair and holding his staff while Chioma stood to his right holding an African wand.
The third theme featured a glamorous couple dressed entirely in black, posing before a vivid backdrop decorated with various tones of yellow.
In an interview with media personality Kiekie at the beginning of the year, Davido said that he was officially married to Chioma.
